Beyond the Incense Smoke Concept

Basic Concept Design assignment that I did for my Diploma in Illustration :) This project was heavily inspired with Y2K aspects for the character, which is contrasted by the traditional elements of Japanese Buddist and Taoist temples. It was lots of fun to gather references and implement details from real life into the designs of the character, creature and environment.
